Are all products made to order?
No. T-shirts and clothing are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Each clothing item is a limited edition — only one piece per size. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind works and are shipped as existing pieces.
Who is responsible for my order?
All products are sold directly by the artist.
JorgeDaCruzArtwork / noTattoo is the seller of record and is fully responsible for order handling, customer support, returns, replacements, and refunds, in accordance with EU consumer law.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Confirmed production or fulfillment errors are resolved at no additional cost.
What if my package is lost?
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Do you accept returns due to change of mind or wrong size?
No. Because all items are made to order, returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse or size issues are not accepted. Please consult size charts carefully before ordering.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once a corrected address is confirmed.
